If unregulated then this will be specified and investigations made into the likelihood of gaining regulation and then if likely to be regulated advice given on the necessary steps. A Change of Land Use permit will be required from the Agriculture and Fisheries body along with planning permission, building permit and utility permissions. It is important to note that all non-Bulgarian citizens must set up a company to buy land and that often a quick decision needs to be made which usually means appointing a representative as Power of Attorney to sign either an initial Preliminary Agreement, or the Notary Deed, on your behalf if you do not plan to be in the country.
