Payment Terms
We have negotiated simple payment terms so that you only need to pay 40% on exchange with the balance due on completion, meaning you can invest with as little as £8,400.

  • £2000 refundable reservation fee
  • 40% deposit less reservation fee. Due within 28 days of issue of contract
  • 60% balance upon completion. Mortgages available subject to status

For clients' peace of mind and added security, all payments regarding Hania Beach will be made through a regulated UK Lawyer.

There are five main stages to the investment:

1. Reservees will have luxury of buying at pre launch price of £700 per m2
2. After the pre-release stage, prices will increase to £800 per m2
3. Two further price increases proposed before completion December 2009
