Santa Marina is an outstanding residential "village" on the Bourgas Bay, the biggest bay on the South Coast of the Black Sea. The development is located 32km south of Bourgas and 2km away from the historic and charming coastal town of Sozopol.

The stunning location of Santa Marina and the sloping nature of the site gives breathtaking sea views from most apartments. The land above the development is preserved from construction due to the site of the chapel of Saint Marina.

The Development


Santa Marina is to be developed in three stages. Stage 1 comprises 29 luxury apartment villas with panoramic sea views. Stage 2 will add 12 more villas with a swimming pool and Stage 3 will be a hotel complex with spa facilities and indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

Prices of apartments range from 809 to 1173 euros per sq metre depending on size, floor, view and location.
