The 164 apartments offer terracotta tiled and wood laminate flooring in the kitchen and living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Fully furnished bathrooms benefit from walk-in showers and extras such as heated towel rails and mirrors. Kitchens are made to measure for each apartment and include high quality appliances. Large, useable balconies are a feature of many apartments and some lower ground apartments also have their own private gardens included within the price. Furniture packs are included in the price and are provided with both the investor and user in mind. The inclusive pack is a full 'Ready to Rent' pack which includes everything from beds, tables, wardrobes and TV's to plates, glasses, knives, forks and spoons.
