Raikovski Lodge is an exclusive development of 5 “lodge style” apartment complexes set in the stunning pine forests of the Rhodope Mountains in Pamporovo. The development is sold off-plan with completion scheduled for september 2006.

Pamporovo is a well established and modern ski resort. It is located just 85 km from Bulgaria’s second city Plovdiv. The resort has first class lifts and an excellent ski school.

Pamporovo is situated 1650m above sea level and the highest ski point is 1928m.It has well maintained tree-lined pistes and a good snow record.Pamporovo is particularly suited to beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders although the “wall” is a giant slalom run that will test the most advanced skier.

There is a good selection of bars, restaurants and clubs in Pamporovo and the natural thermal springs and enchanting mountain scenery make it a desirable all year round destination.Summer activities include hiking, climbing, horse riding and mountain biking.

The Development
The development comprises 5 separate low density buildings. We are delighted to offer the 34 south east facing apartments in buildings A1,A11, A111 and C.All the apartments in building B have already been sold. The floor plans and artist impressions for each of A1, A11 and A111 are identical. Consequently documents for these buildings are referred to by their generic name "Group A" rather than the individual building numbers.

The apartments have either one or two bedrooms and there are 10 maisonettes with accomodation spread over the 2nd and 3rd floors.Each building has no more than 3 floors and all apartments enjoy stunning views of the Rhodope Mountians and the pine forests.

Each apartment has its own entrance giving the development an exclusive feel and means that you only pay the area price of your apartment and not for a share of common parts which saves you 15 – 20% on the purchase price.

The nearest ski run is just 1300 metres away and to the north of the development is a big hotel and complex of smaller private hotels. Pamporovo town centre is about a 25 minute walk away but if you don’t feel like walking a shuttle service will operate from the development.

The developer has been established for 10 years and has successfully completed numerous developments throughout Bulgaria.The nearest town is Smolyan about 15km away where there is a shopping centre and wide range of facilities.
