Cite Jardin is being developed as a joint venture between two of the most reputable developers in Bulgaria.
Cite Jardin is situated 150m from Simeonovsko Shose Boulevard. This main road is a direct link to the city centre, located just 5km away. The main Vitosha Mountain gondola and the ski slopes are just 3km away. The whole area is regulated at a maximum of five levels which will preserve this as a desirable prime city location.

Maintenance:
Maintenance and property management is provided. Cost is 8.5 euros per m2 inc vat. This is renewable each year but can only increase by the Bulgarian retail prices index.
